Channel balance replacement

Hi, I'm trying to replace the channel balances for an old Prime Windo product and I wanted to double check the dimensions before I order. Would the S390-14 with the 1350 option be the correct number?
Here are the specs:
14" long
weight 13.2 lbs.
wingless
balance shoe depth 1 1/8"
