I have several windows with failed channel balances. Some are too rusty to identify the print but I have one that has 19 4 IP CALDWELL printed on it. Can you provide replacements with this information?

Hey Todd. I am afraid that stamp only tells us the strength of the balance, not the type or Series you need. See the video below that explains the other details we will need. Many thanks.
