Hello, I recently ordered a top sash guide, but when I removed the window I discovered the channel balance on one side had a wheel broken where the nylon line goes across the wheel. Now I need help identifying which channel balance it will be so I am sending pictures to make sure I order the correct one.
It looks like 1/2 inch across and 30 abnd 3\4 inches long.
Thanks for all your help as no one in the Tampa Bay area sells replacement parts. Thank you Terry

Thanks for posting, Terry! This seems like a fairly standard balance. I think I should be able to find something for you. Before I can offer anything, though, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment.
Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?
Can you also confirm the length of your metal channel? Usually these balances have lengths that end on the inch. Make sure that you're only measuring the metal channel; do not include the plastic attachments in your measurements.

Hello,
The metal bar is 30 inches long and the channel balance shoe looks to be the 15-005 as it is one inch across.
Let me know which part# to order and I will place the order.
Does the metal bar and shoe come as one piece? The old one is held together by a manufactured brad. I need the whole channel balance. Thank you for all your help. Terry

Thank you! Yes, these balances come with the attachments installed already. Based on your information, I recommend that you take a look at our S380-30 channel balance and let me know if this looks right to you.
