series9980/9980P double hung window
one of the balance pully springs were missing when I bought this older home.
The windows will be getting replaced eventually, but we would like to be able to keep the window open in case of emergency exit, and currently the window channel will not allow
Is there a replacement for this? I have done a lot of digging around online, have not come up with anything that matches what my current window possesses
