Channel balance replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. What you have here is an extended travel channel balance. This configuration isn't something we stock so it must be a custom order. Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? How many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote once I have those details. 

Great, thank you! Unfortunately, we don't sell a comparable option for this balance. There isn't a stock balance that can replace it. The issue when trying to use a stock balance to replace this is that if you were to use a 32" version, both the metal channel and cord would be too short and the sash wouldn't be able to close. Meanwhile, a 33" would be too long, and you'd run into the same issue. 

I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. It's also always a good idea to replace balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out a lot quicker since the new hardware is picking up the slack for its older counterpart.
