Channel balance replacement

Question

Hi: I have Alenco single hung windows installed 1994. The channel balance on one fell out and the window is difficult to open. I believe I need your replacement Series 351 34". Please confirm and I will order 2 of them to change out. Maybe more as we have 14 windows. If the photos don't open, please advise. The writing on the channel says "33 3 CALDWELL IM. Thanks

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure if the Series 351 is the right match. You may have the Series 390 instead. The major difference is the depth (heel-to-toe measurement) of the bottom shoe. If yours is 1", then the Series 351 would be a good match. If it's 1-1/8", then our Series 390 would be better.
