Window balance 2740 BSI CM

Question

I have a broken channel balance on a window sash that does not tilt. I need to order a replacement pair. The metal is stamped 2740 BSI CM (I think CM). I think this may be 28 series 385, but I'm not positive and would like to confirm the proper part number before I order. I have attached a photo of the shoe and the top guide.

The Series 385 looks close, but the only way to confirm is by ensuring that the size of the nylon caps match those that come with ours (the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe). As long as those are the same size you should be okay.
