What is the equivalent part number for a channel balance from a Milgard non-tilt window which is labeled with "26 4 GK Caldwell"

The balance type, window type and markings (which you provided) are all useful, but we need a little bit more information to complete the identification process.
Are you able to send us some pictures of both ends of your balance? Do you know the weight of the sash that the balance is meant to hold up? How long is the metal channel? Please update us so we can get you the part you need!

The sash is 29lbs. Photos attached of the the metal channel at 27" and the ends.
