Channel balance replacement

A handy person from Port Orchard, WA says:

I need a replacement for the balance pictured in the images uploaded. It has the code 24 9 LV CMC 7 printed on the side. This is for a non-tilt window. The channel is 1/2" wide/deep and 25" long.

We have since added a new balance Series, the Series 385. Please have a look at the S385-25 Channel Balance, which comes with the 15-004 and 19-005 balance attachments.

The S385-25 looks like a match but the order page indicates the balance should be stamped with a 24?? number where the lowest number is 2410. My balance is stamped with 24 9 LV CMC 7. Will any of the options match that or do I need a special order?

Sorry about the confusion.

Can you give us the weight of your window sash (in pounds)? We will need this in order to determine the correct stamp for your replacement balance.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you, life and such. :-(

The sash weighs 25 pounds. As soon as you can get us the correct stamp info we'll order at least 4 of the balances.
