Channel balance replacement

I think I need an s380-26" I know the top plastic piece is right but the shoe is a little tough. I will send some pictures so you can identify it.

This doesn't appear to be a Series 380 balance, it looks like our S385 series balance. Please provide the stamp found on the outer metal channel.

The only number on the balance is 2540.
