Window Balance 2040 T BSI

Question

Hello,
I need a new channel balance for my non tilt window. It measure 21 inches long and is 1/2 inch wide. It is a Milgard window. I want to make sure I buy the correct one. Thanks!
The channel balance has 2040 and what looks like an upside down T on stamped on it.

We have two choices of which balance could be a possible match for you, our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the measurements of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure yours and match it up to our balances. Whichever one it matches to will be the one you choose. Please get back to us if you should need any further help.
