Channel balance replacement - Dennis

A quick learner from Folsom, CA says:

Hello - The plastic pulley wheels have failed on my channel balances and I need help finding replacement parts (assuming the channel balance assembly). My assemblies are 35" end-to-end measuring only the metal channel of the assembly (not the end pieces). Do you have these parts or can you direct me to someone who can help?

...forgot to mention the part number is on one of the pictures; "34 3 BN Caldwell"

Thanks,Dennis

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Dennis. This indeed a channel balance. When the specific components of a balance fail, basically the entire part has broken down and needs to be replaced. Fortunately, these balances are easy enough to identify. See our S351-35 or S390-35. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3430.
