A home owner from Gainesville, GA says:

Hi - my windows are 22 years old, and it seems they are all having channel balance issues. Can you identify this? I don't know the brand, but the number stamped in I2900 BSI LD

Thank you! Genna

The number 2900 does not have an I in front, that was a mistake. The weight of the sash is 16.8 lbs. The length of the channel is 29"

Hello,

Take a look and compare our S770-29 channel balance to yours. Based on the sash weight that you provided, you will need a 29B strength option to support a sash weight from 12 to 18 lbs. Thanks for posting!
