Channel balance replacement needed

Hello,
The channel balance in the attached photos is stamped 24 D. It is 1/2-inch wide and the metal portion is 25 inches long. The plastic part on the spring end has broken off.
Do you have a replacement?

Hey, Art. We should definitely be able to supply a match for this balance, but we'll need to see the top nylon fitting to be 100% sure. Would you be able to get a photo of that for me? Can you also confirm the depth of the shoe? This would be the "heel to toe" measurement, assuming the balance is standing straight up like it is while installed.

Have attached views of the top nylon fitting. The shoe depth is 25 inches.

Thank you for the extra photos. Taking a closer look at your photos, I am inclined to believe that the depth of your balance shoe measures 1-1/8". Could you confirm that for us? If so, then you may be able to go with our S390-25 as a replacement. As for the stamp option, our 2440 may work. It holds a spring strength of 19-24 pounds. Does this sound about how much your sash weighs? Get back to us and let us know.
