You will also need to refer to the stamp printed on the metal channel to determine what strength option to select.

I recommend the 2630 option based on your 26 3 stamp.

This balance also looks like a match for either the Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You will also need the 1420 option.
