Channel balance replacement part

Hi,
I'm looking for a series 385-33" channel balance replacement. However, I don't know what weight support level to order. The current balance has a stamp "32 3 AQ CALDWELL". The sash is 27.5" X 35.5", is vinyl, and has double panes. Although I can remove and replace the channel balance, I cannot remove the sash to weigh it, due to the installation of custom shutters.

Hello Andy. Since you provided the product number of the channel balance you are using to replace your current balance along with your stamped number on your balance, I believe we can give you an answer. Your stamped number of "32 3" would correspond to our 3230 option for our S385-33 channel balance. I hope this has answered your question. If you should need anything else, please let us know.
