Channel balance replacements

Question

The length is 30"
It has square foot.
Window size is 2/8 x 5/6

I need parts for 3 windows. If you don't have square, I would to replace with round.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the balance you have but I'll need to see the channel to confirm the correct replacement. Please also include a photo of the stamp from the channel as well as a photo of top of the balance and how it installs at the top of the window channel.

The shoe in the window looks like it could be either the 15-178 Pivot Lock Shoe with a .065 brake pad or the 15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe with a .055 brake pad. You'll need to remove it to carefully review and compare the measurements; take note of the difference in the thickness of the shoe.
