Need replacement spring assembly for Kinco windows. This would be for the balance channel. The springs are rusty and the cords are dry and have given up their elasticity. Also, the plastic tops have been destroyed by the extreme heat from sunny days. Also the pulleys have been dried out and have broken. Can I get a replacement? I need about 4.
The overall length without the plastic ends is 24". Also, there are absolutely NO markings on the barrel other than a number---- 23-3. That's it.

Gentlemen; I have meassured the width of the attachment and it is 1" with NO wings. Most closely resembles 15-002. Hope this helps. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Again, the length without the plastic is 24"
