We can replace this balance, but it has to be custom made due to its unique design. I am sending you an email with a purchase link to order a pair of these balances stamped 26-4. Let me know if you need a different amount, or have any other questions.

Hi Bob, Thanks for quick response. Quick question to check:I was browsing your content on YouTube and looking though the specs on your website,it looks like the 27?Series 380 Channel Balance(SKU#S380-27-2640)and 5/8"Top Sash Guide(SKU#18-188)may be a fit judging by the measurement alone, so I wanted to see if it may work.I know you mentioned some nuances where a custom part may be abetter fit , but just wanted to see if this is a situation where the standard parts are not as ideal as the custom part but could nonetheless work-or it will not fit at all. Thank you!

A fair question. The Series 380 or any other standard Series balance are unfortunately not compatible with your old hardware. The length of the metal channel is different (yours is 26-5/8", rather than an even length), and you'll note the balance shoe has the pulley system built into it--your old balance had this system in the 'guts' of the metal channel. For all these reasons I am afraid you need custom-made balances with this unique travel length. Let me know if you have further questions.

For the Top Sash Guide, see our 18-009, 18-166, or 18-188. We don't have your exact one, but one of these might work depending on the dimensions.
