Channel balance selection

Question

I am trying to replace the channel balances for one of my windows and I believe, based on the pictures and information on your website, that I need 37" Series 380 channel balances. There is a stamped number on my old channel balance that reads "36 4 k". Should I order this item with the 3640 Stamp Option?

Thank you for contacting us. A "36 4" stamp does usually correspond to our 3640 option. Just to be 100% certain, you can always weigh window sash on a scale to be sure.
