I have 2 identical windows about 15 years old without name brand. One of the windows is missing both channel balances. I removed the two from the other window and identified them as 27" 385.

Thanks for writing in. I see that you sent us a photo of the balances. However, all we can see are the stamped numbers. In order for us to determine which replacements could work for you, we would need to see some additional photos f the entire balance showing the top and bottom plastic nylon pieces. Could you do that for us? Once we have that, we can reply back with more information.
Sometimes 26 5 and 26 4 are equivalent to our 2650 and 2640 stamp options. Weighing the window sash is the only way to be sure.
