Hello, replacing my window balances and not sure which ones mine are.
Non tilt, 1"2" wide valances. I need ones that are 25" tall and that are 30" tall (measured end of metal to end of metal).
One has a marking of: "24-9 IA2 CMC 6" on it.
Also going to need replacement top dash guides, but I believe I have identified those as "5/8 top sash guide, Kinco 18-166" from your site.
Also, what is your return policy in the event I order the wrong parts?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be a match for the S380-25 or S385-25, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You will also need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the correct stamp option. There's a chart under the S380-25 and S385-25 product descriptions that you can use as a reference for which option to select based on the weight of the window sash.
