Need channel balance 28.5 inches not including shoe/cam.
Shoe is 1"wide x 1/2" thick- green - closed cam
Clip is hook

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on the stamp of 28C it should only be 28" long. 28-1/2" would be very peculiar.

If you are confident that it is 28-1/2" long then I will need to know the exact weight of the sash so that we can properly calibrate the spring.

Finally, how many of these did you need?

My Bad! You are right! not sure where I got 28.5... IT IS 28"

I need 24-qty of the 28C including shoe and clip
and
I need 6-qty of the 28B including shoe and clip
