Channel balance, slide up window, 26-4 AN5 CMC 8, 27 inches

Question

I am looking for a replacement part for the channel balance of my slide-up window. Please help me to identify this part. I included pictures of both ends (one plastic part may be broken, not really sure), and the hook. The length is 27 inches. The marking number is 26-4 AN5 CMC 8. Please let me know if you have the part and how much it costs. Thank you.

Hi, Brandon.

I recommend our S380-27 or S380-27 channel balance, based on what I see here. They may look the same but you'll notice the Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You'll need to measure as shown in the image below to see which one matches up the best. You will also need to choose the 2640 strength option.
