Channel balance springs

My channel balance spring identification # is 3620 and I can not find them on your web site. I amwondering if there is a replacement part for them through Swisco?

Hello! We should be able to help you. Before we go forward, it's important to understand that that stamp isn't an identification number or product code of any kind. It only indicates the strength calibration of the spring and the length, which in your case would be 37".

In order to identify the Series, you need to match up the combination of top and bottom nylon fittings to those we carry on our site. If you can't find any that match, you can upload photos of your nylon fittings here for me to review.
