Channel balance stamp option

Question

Hello,
I need to replace a 33" Channel Balance for my windows. I am looking at 33" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-33.
However, I do not know which stamp option to choose. The stamp on the existing balance shows 32 9 JQ CALDWELL.

Hey, Mo. I'm afraid none of our options match up to that. I recommend that you weigh your sash on a scale and compare what you get to the chart we show on the S385-33 store page. This is the best way to determine what option will work.
