Channel balance stamped 26 - 3

Question

I am trying to find a replacement for the channel balance on my window as seen in the pic. It has trouble recoiling back up when opening the window. It is 27" long (also 5/8" wide) and stamped 26 and 3 (as you can see in the picture.

I'm not sure what the 3 means or which channel balance to order. I also don't know if I need to order the "ends" or wings separately. I appreciate any help.

Hello, thank you for posting,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 27" balance with a 2630 stamp option. The balance comes assembled with the top and bottom nylon attachments. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
