I need new parts for my window to help with the channel balances. I've attached photos to help identify the window parts I need.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting. I would like for you to start with taking a look at our 18-166 top sash guide. Make sure your measurements match ours. As for your channel balance, it may be our Series 380, however I can not really confirm that because I can hardly see the balance shoe in your photos. If you could send us some additional photos of the entire balance as well as provide the metal length of the balance, we will get back to you with more definitive answers.
A quick learner from home says:
Hi, my metal length is 30 inches and I attached 3 more photos to help identify the correct parts.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
I am leaning towards our S380-30 channel balance as a replacement. Take a look and let us know your thoughts.
A quick learner says:
I ordered 2 channel balance and 2 sash guides for my window. If they work perfectly I'll order the remaining sets for 8 more windows. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks!
