Channel balance to strong

I have a customer that has new Harvey windows. They have 36" channel balances in them (single hung double mulled window). The windows open extremely easy but she cannot close them (she is elderly and 90 lbs). Number on channel is 3550, what's the next step down from the current?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we must first ID what you may have here. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly from the window and show us photos? We will also need you to confirm the weight of the window sash to help us confirm the proper spring strength option.
