Channel balance top glide

I have replaced my channel balances on many of my windows. I noticed some broken/ missing top guides. I need help identifying replacements. There are too many to choose from on the website. see attached pictures.

This top sash guide appears to be a match for our 18-039. I believe this is what you need, but make sure to review our dimensions before you buy anything just to be safe. It is available in black.
