Channel balance top and shoe

A quick learner from Sarasota, FL says:

I could not find my channel balance replacement on your website. The balances are 24" in length ( the metal part) and 9/16" in width. The nylon balance top is about 1/2" in width and about 1 and 1/4" in greatest length. the shoe is about 1/2" in width and about 1" on the bottom and about 1" in height on the "non-hook" side. Will I have to drill these nylon parts out and send them to you for custom fabrication?? Thank you for your help!!

Your channel balances shows some similarities to both our S351-24 and S390-24. Both balances look exactly the same with the exception of the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. For the Series 351, the depth of the bottom shoe is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance would make the best match. Your balance should also have a stamping on it. We will need that stamped number. if there is no stamping, please get back to us with the exact weigh of your sash.

A quick learner from Sarasota, FL says:

Thank you, I measured the depth of the shoe and it is 1". The inscription is B.S.I. 23C.

The weight of the sash is 18.4lbs.

Thank you for all your assistance.
