Hello,

Please let me know the right channel balance to purchase.

I think Series 371 looks correct. However, the top used on my balance looks like a different type than the one listed with Series 371 on your site.

Attached on your site: Product Code: 19-031
My window: Product Code: 19-037

If you believe I am correct, please let me know if there is anyway to purchase Series 371 with Product Code: 19-037 attached.

Thanks for posting. We can custom make a balance with a 19-037 top and 15-005 bottom. Before we begin, can you tell me the length of the metal channel, the stamp printed on it, and how many you need?

That would be great, thank you. I am looking for 2 different lengths with the 19-037 top and 15-005 bottom.

Requesting 4 balances that are 28 inches in length with a 2720 stamp.

Requesting 2 balances that are 16 inches in length with a 1520 stamp.

Also included in the order, I am looking for 2 pairs of Product Code: 18-118.
