Sorry, no pictures of the part installed. The part is 27 inches long. The part number is 2630. Please note that it has plastic clips riveted into both ends. Each balance fit into one side of the window. Please let me know exactly which part is right for me. Thank you. I would like to order six of these, and receive them as soon as possible.
With the clips on, the part is 28 inches long.

Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments, is 27". If so, looks like you have either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. Once you know what balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamp of 2630 is for a window sash in the weight range of 13 through 19 lbs.
