Channel balance and balance guide identification

Hi Jamie,

The window balances you have you have are custom, Extended-Travel Channel Balances. We can supply the replacements for them but I'll need to know how many of each length you'd like to purchase; the quantity minimum is (2), per length/stamp.

We do not have an exact match for your top sash guide but the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide should work in is place. It does not have the same T-shaped top as yours it should work fine for the repair.

Carefully look over the specifications and compare them to confirm.
