Channel balance and end caps

Question

House is 25 years old. Windows probably made by Better Bilt. Channel balance is 27 inches long with identification of 26 4 dj. Two plastic end caps, right and left, need to be replaced also (see photo). Also, is there is any type of lubricant that can be used to help with the opening and closing of the window.

Thanks for posting. I agree, the top sash guide looks like our 18-118, while the balance looks like our S380-27. Look them over and see how well they match. As for lubrication, I recommend a silicone spray.
