Channel balance and parts

We'd be happy to look into this for you but your top sash guide is too damaged to identify. If you could remove an intact version from the other side or an identical window, that would help us narrow down your options.
As for the channel balances, we'll need to see detailed photos of both end fittings to compare to our inventory. Your stamp code is also from an outdated system, so we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash the balances support to determine the spring strength options needed for your replacements. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which strength option you'll need. There is a chart on the balance product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
