I need to order 10 channel balances and 20 sash guides. Please see pictures. The windows are single hung (they do not tilt) and the metal part of the channel is 30" (not the overall just the metal). There are no markings on the channel balance.

Hello there. It looks like the top nylon attachment lacks 'wings', or side tabs, while the bottom shoe possesses them. Is that so? If so, this looks like an S350-30 Channel balance to me. Please compare. For a stamp option, weigh the window sash to choose the appropriate rating. For the Top Sash Guide, start by looking at the 18-009.
