Let's start with your top sash guide and go from there. Check out our 18-052 sash guide. Review our measurement specifications and see if they match up to yours. As for your balance, you're only showing us one side of the nylon fittings. We will need to see a photo showing the nylon fitting on the opposite end as well, in order to determine which replacement balance to recommend. Thank you.

Thank you for the additional photos. Getting a closer look at your top sash guides, I did not have much luck locating an exact match. So, I have placed a list of a few different replacement guides on this page for you to look over. As for your balance, have a look at our S390-25. This comes complete with a 19-002 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. We encourage you to compare the measurements of your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this balance will work for you. If it is correct, then you can go with the 2430 option that supports a sash weight of 15-19 pounds.
