This comes complete with a 19-002 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. We encourage you to compare the measurements of your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this balance will work for you. If it is correct, then you can go with the 2430 option that supports a sash weight of 15-19 pounds.
