Thanks for posting! Your window balances can be replaced with either the S378-30, S380-30 or the S385-30. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to confirm which of these is the correct replacement; see the diagram below for reference.

You can likely use the 2950 stamp option but it may be a good idea to double check that you sash weighs 28 to 32lbs.

The broken clips at the top corners of the window sash are the top sash guides. Yours looks like it may have a similar design to the 18-166 but you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions to confirm.
