The channel balances measure 27" Long x 9/16" wide x 5/8" high
The balances came out of the same window but have different numbers on them.
2530F and 2540F
I also need the black plastic piece as well

We can replace these balances, but they will have to be specially made. Having two different stamps is normal for this one specific type of window. There should be another major difference, though. One of your balances should be lacking the bottom shoe. Is this the case for you? If so, can you tell me which stamp balance is missing the shoe? Also, how many of each did you need?

I only need two. one of each.

Huh, that's weird. I've never seen these balances set up so that both sides have a shoe. But if that's what you have, then that's what you have! Maybe the installers know something I don't.
I'll email you two order links right now; one for the 2530 and one for the 2540.
As for that hinge in your first two photos, see our 15-058. I believe this is what you're looking for.
