Channel balancer

Thanks for your post! This balance is similar to a few we have in our inventory. To narrow down the possible options, I'll need to see a photo of the spring side of the channel balance.

Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-33 or S385-33. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to confirm the right series.

The 3220 stamp should work for your repairs but you may want to double check that your sash weight falls between 13 to 18lbs.
