Channel balancer

This window balance is an Extended Travel Channel Balance, which is a custom assembly. I'm confident we can provide you with a replacement, but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the hook/clip attached to the balance shoe.

I'll also need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.

The balance does appear to be jammed in the window. That said, you may want to take a look at the top sash guide to see if it might need to be replaced. There are video tutorials below with instructions on how to remove/install them.

If you find they are damaged, please send photos and I'll be happy to review them.
