Thanks for your post! Your balances are similar to a few different assemblies we supply. To narrow down the best replacement match, I'll need to see a photo of the bracket at the other end of the spring inside the channel. The first phot only displays the hook and the clip at the top of the spring.
Please also confirm the stamp from the metal channel.

When you state "stamp" i presume you mean the printed number and letters on the balancer.
They are as follows: 26 3 EN CALDWELL

Yes, that is the stamp. You'll need either the S380-27 or the S385-27 to replace your balances. To determine the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.
The 26-3 stamp can likely be replaced with our 2630 option which can support 13 to 19lbs.
