1/2 inch wide by 35 inches long. Double hung non tilt window that weighs 16lbs. The only numbers I can find are 3425 near the bottom and there are no examples that match.

Hey there. Channel balances are identified by the style of the attachments at both ends. Can you show us photos of those end attachments? Can you show us a photo of the stamp as well? We'll do our best to help from there.

Perfect, thanks. I think this is either an S378-30, S380-30, or S385-30. The only difference between these three channel balances is the shoe depth. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.

For the stamp option, choose 3420. This will support a window sash in the weight range of 13 through 18 pounds.
