Channel balancer on a vinyl tilt out window - 11 year old window. No stamps availalbe

I think we can help, but we will need more information. First, can you confirm the dimensions of your pivot shoe? It closely resembles our 15-212, but I don't know if they're the same size or not. Thickness and width are very important. As for the balance, you likely won't be able to replace the clip by itself. You may need the whole thing. Can you show us a picture of the complete balance, including the front-facing side? I will also need the length of the metal channel, a cross section view of the channel, its width and height, and whatever stamp is printed on it.
