Channel balancer replacements

Question

My existing channel balancers are for a single hung, non-pivoting window with a sash weight of 47 lbs. They are marked 27 14L.

Top attachment - 19-002
Bottom shoe 15-001
Length 28"
Width 1/2"

Your web site table for this balancer only goes up to 39lbs. Can you make a replacement?
