Channel balancers

I ordered balancers and they are not the right size. I put the old one next to the one I received. The new one the white part on the bottom is larger. So the window will not close because it is too wide.

Hello,

Can you provide us with the exact depth of the bottom attachment of your original balance. You might need the S380 with a 1" deep bottom attachment, which is smaller than the S385 that you ordered, but if it's smaller than 1" they may need to be custom made. Yes they are 1" I would need 10 2310
10 3440 and 8 2940 all with 1"
