Channel balancers for older PGT aluminum 4000 series non tilt windows

Question

I need 2 of the 29's (pic 4) and 2 of the 11's (pic 5). Not sure what size to order based on only the one number on the balancer. Can you please tell me which balancer length I need. These balancers are on older aluminum 4000 series single hung (non-tilt) windows. I apprecite any help you can provide.

Thanks for posting! Do both of these window balances have the same winged top and wingless bottom shoe? If so, you'll need the S395-12 (1120 stamp will support 6 to 9lbs) and the S395-30 (2910 stamp will support 7 to 12lbs).

Be sure to double check that your balance lengths are 12" and 30", respectively.
