Channel balances

Hi,
I want to confirm that I'm ordering the correct channel balances for a Lawson window. These balances are 31" long with a 1" bottom shoe. The window sash weighs 25# and has the number "3040" stamped on it. Please see photos.

Thanks for your post! You'll need the S380-31 to replace your balances. It has a 1" shoe depth like yours. You'll need the 3040 stamp option. It will support a sash weighing between 23 to 28lbs.
