Channel balances

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you find? You'll want to measure an undamaged version for an accurate measurement.

Great, thank you! Take a look at the S380-34 and S385-34 channel balances. Depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, one of these may be what you need. As shown below, you'll have to measure to determine the best match. You can also select the 3350 stamp option for your replacements.
